NSW Trustee and Guardian

Consultation to NSW Trustee & Guardian’s proposed changes to regulations and fee charges

This additional paper incorporates further comments gathered from members and colleagues of Mental Health Coordinating Council. The paper expresses the view that commenting on fees without a review of the competence and administration of the services provided is less than satisfactory, and that a full and independent review of the regulations be considered.
