Quality Standards Portal

The smarter, faster path to standards compliance and quality improvement, exclusive to our members.

Mental Health Coordinating Council’s Quality Standards Portal is an intuitive, online platform designed to help community mental health services streamline accreditation, meet compliance requirements and continuously improve service quality.

We have partnered with BNG NGO Services Online to connect our members with a trusted Standards & Performance Pathways (SPP) system, used by over 1,700 health and community organisations.

The Quality Standards Portal supports alignment with key frameworks including:

  • National Safety and Quality Mental Health Standards for Community Managed Organisations
  • National Safety and Quality Digital Mental Health Standards
  • National Standards for Mental Health services
  • NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) Quality and Safeguarding Framework
