Credit transfer (CT) and recognition of prior learning (RPL) are two ways you can gain credit for your previous study or work experience when enrolling in a vocational education and training (VET) course.

Some assessments include workplace tasks or documentation. To ensure that you are equipped to successfully complete work-based assessments, we require your supervisor to confirm that your organisation will provide you with the required workplace support.

Please note: this is a separate form to the Workplace Suitability Check and both forms are needed to complete your enrolment. The workplace suitability check was to ensure eligibility to enrol into the course and that the workplace was a match for what is required to complete the assessment tasks linked to the placement, and the supervisor endorsement form is the supervisor signing on to say that they are accepting the responsibility of overseeing this students study in the course.
