We have created this checklist to help you complete your enrolment successfully. Please ensure you have all necessary documents ready and have completed all relevant forms before submitting your enrolment to us. This ensures we can process your enrolment efficiently.

Mental Health Coordinating Council is a registered training organisation RTO 91296.
A Unique Student Identifier (USI) is required to enrol in this course. Your USI is a 10 character identifier made up of numbers and letters, required for all students undertaking nationally recognised training.
You can create your USI through usi.gov.au
If you have undertaken any registered training since 2015, you may already have a USI.
Please make a note of your USI to enter it on the enrolment form.
Credit Transfer and Recognition of Prior Learning are two ways you can gain credit for your previous study or work experience when enrolling in a vocational education and training (VET) course.

If you are applying for Credit Transfer, please ensure that you provide MHCC access to view your USI transcript.
If your qualification/s are from before 2015, you will need to provide certified copies of your qualification and transcript.
A certified copy of your photo identification is required with your application.
