Words are important. The language we use and the stories we tell have great significance to all involved.
See the guideStudents have a maximum period of time (2 years) to complete their course. If your enrolment was cancelled, this would have been because you exceeded the maximum enrolment period. For Fast Track students, your enrolment may have been cancelled due to non-attendance at the mandatory training sessions, or for not submitting all required documents within the timeframe.
All students who were due to have their enrolment cancelled were contacted via phone and sent a follow-up email outlining the outcome. If we were unable to contact you via phone, you still would have been emailed a letter outlining the outcome. We recommend checking your junk/spam folders and ensuring MHCC is on your safe senders list. Alternatively, if your email address is not current with us, you may not have received the email communication.
If you had applied for a formal deferral of your course, or believe that this decision is not correct, please email us at studentsupport@mhcc.org.au and one of our team members will be in contact with you.
It’s great that you are still interested in studying and completing your course. We welcome any applications for future courses; however, there are no guarantees on enrolment until courses are advertised and applications are received and reviewed. If you are eligible and do enrol in a future course, any units you have successfully completed may be eligible for Credit Transfer.
