Frequently Asked Questions

I have questions about the learning and assessment. Who can I contact?

We always welcome students to reach out to us if they have any questions. Please email studentsupport@mhcc.org.au and a member of our team will connect you with a trainer who will be able to assist you.

I can’t submit my assessment on Coassemble. What do I do?

All assessments need to be submitted via email to studentsupport@mhcc.org.au instead of Coassemble. If you are still having issues, please contact us at studentsupport@mhcc.org.au

What happens if I can’t complete all my learning and assessment within the due dates?

We want to support as many students as possible to complete their studies with us. The due dates that have been set are to support consistent progression throughout your course and to ensure you meet the requirements of an accredited course. We do take individual circumstances into consideration, so please email studentsupport@mhcc.org.au for any deferral requests. Please note that these will be assessed on a case-by-case basis depending on compassionate or compelling reasons.

What happens if I don’t do anything or don’t want to complete?

We recognise that some students may choose not to complete their studies. In this case, any units you have successfully completed will be issued to you by a Statement of Attainment. If we do not hear back from you within the allocated timeframe, your enrolment may be closed.
