Come together with other key leaders from the community-managed mental health sector, hear insightful speakers and discuss ways to move the sector forward.
Mental Health Coordinating Council’s 2023 CEO & Senior Managers Forum is a valuable opportunity for key leaders from community-managed organisations to come together to hear from insightful speakers, discuss shared challenges and ways to move the sector forward.
The event features a special address from guest speaker Dr Michelle Blanchard, Special Adviser at the National Mental Health Commission.
A panel discussion will also be held with panellists Amy Wyndham, Director of Community Partnerships at the Mental Health Branch of NSW Health, Nicole Yade, Director of Client Operations at Women’s and Girls’ Emergency Centre (WAGEC), Mark Orr, Chief Executive Officer at Flourish Australia and Ben McAlpine, Director of Advocacy and Policy/Acting Chief Executive Officer at NSW Council of Social Service (NCOSS).
The Forum will be followed in the afternoon by a Joint Workshop with NSW & ACT Primary Health Network (PHN) CEOs. Community-managed organisations and PHNs work closely together to deliver mental health services and this session is an opportunity to deepen relationships and work together on shared issues.
Please note, this event is by invitation only.
