Cancellations and substitutions
Participants can request to cancel their training registration in writing to MHCC within 14 business days prior to the workshop commencing.
Participants who are unable to attend training on the scheduled date, due to illness or for a medical reason may request to apply for a transfer to an equivalent future course, pending availability and approval. Email your request to training@mhcc.org.au.
Participant substitutions must be advised in writing five (5) business days prior to the workshop.
MHCC makes every attempt to ensure that workshops run. However, MHCC reserves the right to alter any arrangements, including cancellations if required. We will notify participants of any cancellations and changes as soon as possible, usually this will be seven (7) calendar days prior to the workshop date.
MHCC is not responsible for travel-related costs that may be incurred as a result of cancellations.
