Changes to Commonwealth Funded Mental Health Programs

As you know, July is an important month for changes to Commonwealth mental health programs. The following service providers have been commissioned by Primary Health Networks (PHN) to deliver National Psychosocial Support (NPS) services across NSW : –

Metropolitan NSW

• Central and Eastern Sydney PHN – Flourish Australia
• Northern Sydney PHN – Mission Australia
• South Western Sydney PHN – One Door Mental Health in partnership with Flourish Australia (branded as ‘Connector Hub’ South Western Sydney)
• Western Sydney PHN – One Door Mental Health in partnership with Flourish Australia

Non-metropolitan NSW

• Nepean Blue Mountains PHN – Aftercare
• South Eastern NSW PHN – Flourish Australia
• Hunter New England and Central Coast PHN
• Hunter Primary Care – Newcastle and Hunter
  • • Central Coast Primary Care – Central Coast
    • Flourish Australia – Tamworth, Inverell, Glen Innes, Bingara, Boggabilla, Warialda
    • Anglicare – Moree, Narrabri and Gunnedah
• Murrumbidgee PHN – Wellways Australia (branded as ‘Well Connected’)

There are two PHN areas where commissioning arrangements are yet to be made:

• Western NSW PHN
• North Coast PHN

MHCC will continue to monitor and support our members through the changes being made to Commonwealth mental health programs.
