Pre-Enrolment Questionnaire

NATIONALLY RECOGNISED TRAINING

CHC43515 Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work

This pre-enrolment questionnaire is used assess your language, literacy, numeracy and digital literacy.

If you have any questions, please contact the Student Support team via training@mhcc.org.au or call 02 9060 9630 between Monday to Thursday, 9am to 4pm.

MHCC is a registered training organisation (RTO), which means we can train and assess learners for nationally recognised qualifications. As part of our RTO registration, we have an obligation to ensure that we are giving you every opportunity to complete the qualification you wish to enrol in.

Before commencing any training program, you are required to complete a Language, Literacy, Numeracy and Digital Literacy (LLND) questionnaire. This questionnaire assesses basic LLND skills at the educational level required to successfully meet the course requirements. Specifically, it checks that you have the basic English and mathematics skills needed to complete your studies and helps us identify areas where you may need extra support during your time with MHCC.

The assessment is divided into two parts. The first part evaluates your language and literacy skills. The second part assesses your numeracy skills, for which you may use a calculator.

This process ensures that we can provide the necessary support to help you succeed in your course.
