| Eligibility | Applicants must have experience of AOD use or treatment and/or mental health distress, recovery or service access; Applicants must have also completed any of the following qualifications:

| Workload | The Exploring Training Options Project Steering Group (ETO PSG) meets at least quarterly for 2 hours per meeting. To support PSG members to prepare for Steering Group meetings, we may:
In addition, there will be review of detailed training and assessment material outside of PSG meetings. We predict this ‘out of session’ input may take up to 10 hours across 2025-2026. |

| Terms of Engagement | Members will be appointed for the full project duration to 31 December 2026. |

| Support while you are in this role | The ETO PSG is fortunate to have Alice Pierce on our team. Alice identifies as a living experience worker and has over a decade of professional experience in the AOD sector, and she is currently the Director of Programs at NUAA. Alice will be available to chat about your role on the ETO PSG. You might want to ask Alice questions to make sure you understand everything. If you feel more comfortable, you can also provide your input to the ETO PSG directly through Alice. All members of the ETO Project team will be available for questions or support throughout the project. |
| Payment | Participants will be paid sitting fees and/or wages support of $60.00 per hour for:
Please invoice MHCC at training@mhcc.org.au for your time following each Steering Group meeting. Please note that at this time, there is no funding available to cover transport or accommodation costs for participation in this ETO Project Steering Group. |
