eYour Experience of Service – Community Managed Organisations Survey

Supporting community mental health organisations and consumers to improve service delivery

The eYour Experience of Service – Community Managed Organisations (eYES-CMO) is an online survey that collects feedback from consumers about their experience of community managed mental health services. It is an extension from the YES-CMO Pilot Project, a joint initiative between NSW Health and Mental Health Coordinating Council.

To support the online version of the survey, MHCC held an information session to help community-based organisations learn about:

  • how the online survey is accessed from their service
  • what promotional material is available to share with consumers
  • how to order promotional material
  • how to run a test survey
  • how to receive survey data and the frequency of data delivery

A recording of the information session is available below.
