If your organisation is a member and has undertaken research or an evaluation of your community-based program or service, we’d like to hear from you.
Every day, community-managed mental health organisations are delivering programs and services that make a real difference for people living with mental health challenges and psychosocial support needs. By bringing together high-quality evidence from across the sector, we can better demonstrate what works and strengthen the case for greater investment in community-based mental health care.
What we’re looking for
We welcome evaluations, research and reports that demonstrate the outcomes, impact and value of services delivered by community-managed mental health organisations.
We are particularly interested in evidence demonstrating:
- cost-effectiveness or cost savings
- reduced hospital admissions, emergency department presentations or use of acute services
- improved recovery, wellbeing or quality-of-life outcomes
- reduced demand on other public services.
Submissions should generally relate to evidence published within the past five years and, where applicable, draw on independent evaluation and a robust sample size.
