Meet your Neighbour Maitland

23 February 2026 — 11:30am
Location:

Join our first event of 2026, where Mental Health Coordinating Council and the Network of Alcohol and other Drugs Agencies bring together the local mental health and alcohol and other drugs (AOD) workforce in Maitland to strengthen connections and explore collaborative approaches to supporting people with co-occurring needs.

Connect with others working to support people with lived experience of mental health and AOD in Maitland.

This special edition of Meet your Neighbour is presented in partnership with the Network of Alcohol and other Drugs Agencies (NADA), bringing together workers across mental health and AOD services to explore the intersection of substance use and mental health in the Maitland community.

This event shines a spotlight on the importance of integrated, person-centred support. MHCC and NADA are coming together to highlight how collaboration, shared knowledge, and cross-sector relationships can strengthen outcomes for the people and communities we serve.

Engage in a panel discussion examining the intersection of mental health and AOD challenges, featuring lived experience leaders and sector experts.

Tickets are free but places are limited.
