Navigating Support Facilitation is the essential first step in preparing PIR Organisations to make the shift from traditional case management to a truly coordinated approach to service provision.

Navigating Support Facilitation is designed to give PIROs a strong foundation in how to build and maintain collaborative partnerships between consumers and carers and the services they need.

But mastering the art of partnership development is not the end of the story. PIR teams need to identify and respond appropriately to the individual needs and circumstances of consumers and carers. There are no one-size-fits-all solutions.
